How do I download the app?
The LMD app is available for iPhone and Android. Tap the App Store or Google Play button on this page, install the app and sign up with your email or phone number in minutes.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently serve the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), offering full and express deliveries with professional drivers. Contact us if you need a delivery outside the GTA and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Is the app free to use?
Yes — downloading the LMD app and creating an account is free. You only pay for the deliveries you book, and you’ll see the price before you confirm.
How do I track my parcel?
Open the app and tap Track Your Parcel, or enter your tracking number. You can follow your rider live on the map with accurate ETAs and instant updates until your parcel arrives.
How do I contact support?
In the app, go to Account → Support & Help to create a support ticket. You can also chat with or call your rider during a delivery, or email us any time at info@lmdexpress.ca.
Does the app support multiple languages?
Yes. You can change the app language at any time from Account → Language, with English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi and many more to choose from.
